Getting started with ABA therapy at Piece by Piece Autism Therapy is simple. Here’s our 5-step process to guide your family from first contact to ongoing support:
1. Call us or fill a form
Tell us a little more about what you’re looking for, online or over the phone.
4. Assessment & Personalized Plan
Your BCBA will complete an in-depth assessment and design a therapy plan tailored to your child’s unique needs.
2. Consultation with a BCBA
Meet (virtually or in person) with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to discuss goals and answer questions.
5. Begin Services & Ongoing Support
ABA therapy starts—our team will support progress through consistent sessions and regular plan updates.
3. Insurance Authorization
We handle the paperwork with your insurance provider to get services approved.
